The Southland Association

Making the Southland Area a safe, attractive and welcoming place
to shop, eat, do business and live.

In 2003 a group of property owners began meeting to address the need for planning for the future of the Southland business community. In October 2004 the Southland Association was formed as a non-profit Community Service Organization. Membership recruitment efforts and surveys revealed that priorities of business and property owners were to increase the visibility and viability of Southland, making it an attractive, safe and welcoming area to shop, eat, and do business. By joining together, we have the ability to work with private and public entities for improvements and promotion of Southland.
